When relationship becomes a key

When we're thinking our career will be focused on being fair and kind, it may leads to and exhaustive and hostage situation where business benefits does not match with personal benefit. So, when we entered a work environment, we mainly assume that the basic of our "work" is just work. It basically delivers our responsibility and task.
