Career Reflection 2024

Hi there! It’s 2025 now underway. As a typical new beginning year, we throw some resolution and a believe for change in this new year. However, i think i may put some notes on some learning and reflection during my career so far. It’s been my 8th years of working service, and 7th years in my current company. Here we go!

1. Highly detail goals are a mandatory

2. Get the ass off your comfort zone

3. Building your network 

4. Talk to many mentor even outside your usual circle

5. Lead with your way to lead, build your platform to be bold

6. Take risks and experimenting for success

7. Utilize headhunter/HR other company to measure talent market trend

8. Communication is everything

9. Senior Leader are listening, good story telling is a must

10. Better come to the war when you prepare only

11. Agility and speed are very material

12. Showing energy for greater capacity of yours

13. Create value of your work to get spotlight

14. Either you didn’t do or you do end-to-end

15. Finance is an emotional problem, show the right signal of empathy

All in all, i would say that goal is the beginning kick start for everything. Somehow, the clear objectives and goals are really navigate you to the dreams you wish. Sometimes when we have a safety feeling, we tend to be reluctant to do something breaking the high ceiling. But each step of breaking your barrier is small win you should claim. Let’s do it better this year ! Here we go.
